FHWA Technical Support and Assistance

Trevilon is a subcontractor to Cambridge Systematics in this multi-year project to provide targeted technical support to state and local agencies deploying the NTCIP standards.

As a part of this project, Trevilon has:

• Developed the DMS Application Workshop, which provides an intense two-day training course on how to procure NTCIP-conformant message signs.
• Delivered the DMS Application Workshops to state agencies around the country
• Oversaw the DMS version 2 early deployment at Virginia Tech
• Developed the FHWA DMS Version 2.25 Test Procedures
• Reviewed and Commented on the TMDD and Incident Management (IEEE 1512) standards
• Provided technical assistance to state and local agencies on their procurement of standards-conformant equipment and systems
