Trevilon is a subcontractor to Kimley-Horn to provide guidance to the Michigan Department of Transportation in their procurement of a new state-wide Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS).
Specific tasks that Trevilon has performed under this contract include:
- Development of an ATMS concept of operations
- Development of ATMS system requirements
- Negotiating with the vendor to refine the ATMS system requirements
- Maintaining traceability for all requirements back to their sources
- Developing test procedures for requirements
