Procurement Assistance
The procurement of
ITS equipment can be at times a difficult undertaking. Trevilon
offers consulting services in the acquisition of ITS equipment that
leverages our expertise in NTCIP. We can work with you to help
develop your concept of operations or assist in developing
functional requirements. These services can be performed “lump sum”
or on an hourly basis depending on your preference.
During his tenure at Iteris, Trevilon President Kenneth L. Vaughn, P.E. managed
the development of the SpecWizard™ for NTCIP that assists public
agencies in their preparation of procurement specifications for
NTCIP equipment. Trevilon is now under contract to maintain
the technical content of the SpecWizard. This software has been
purchased by the FHWA and is available through McTrans starting
the summer of 2002.
